I believe I can fly

We all do crazy things when we are young.
I remember when I first bought my house the feeling was fantastic, I went to a restuarant to celebrate with a friend. it had been a very hot day, and I was thirsty.
I ordered a Spin and downed the first one, asked for another which the waiter brought, he was a very serious looking young guy and I was up for fun.
So I said to him "There is a whole in my bottle could I have another.. please?"
He returned with the manager - "Is there a problem?"
to which I answered "There is a whole in my bottle could I have another.. please?"
and I explained to him it was only a joke - there would have to be a whole in it or I couldn't drink out of it could I?
Then to top it all I wanted a cigarette, we were on a second story building, the sea below it was a glorious day.
He told me to smoke out the window, I turned to my friend and asked if I had heard him correctly -she reitterated what he had said - so I dutifully climbed out the window!
And as I do started singing.....
"I believe I can fly!"
Seconds later - ambulance below me... bouncers on either side - we are going to have to ask you to leave! Why - I asked - I had only been following instructions - needless to say we ended up leaving at 4.30 the next morning after dancing the night away....
